A speaker, author, and educator, Margaret has over 30 years of experience at the highest echelons of business and higher education. She has taught on four continents, and held multiple key leadership roles at some of the world’s best-known and most influential institutions, including MIT and Harvard, where she served as an Associate Dean and teaches today.
Margaret’s course Managing Yourself and Leading Others is the single most popular professional development course at Harvard, and over the course of her career, she has helped thousands of ambitious leaders transform their leadership practice. Margaret is also the founder of The MYLO Center, a leadership education and professional development firm.
